Gregor Walter has a solid work experience spanning over two decades. Gregor began their career in 2000 at Deutsche Bahn, where they held various roles in human resources, including as a Personalleiter and a Leiter Personalentwicklung und -marketing. In 2011, they joined GaVI mbH as a Personalleiter before moving to Dentsply Sirona in 2012. At Dentsply Sirona, they started as a Director of HR and eventually became the Vice President of Global Human Resources Digital Platforms and Solutions. In between, they also served as the VP of Human Resources Equipment & Instruments and Digital Product Groups at Dentsply Sirona.

Gregor Walter attended Heidelberg University from 1993 to 2000, where they obtained a Diplom degree in Psychology.
