Luca Dudley has worked in various roles since 1991. Luca began their career in the United States Air Force as an Avionics Technician, then moved up to become the Avionics Section Chief, Production Expediter, First Sergeant, and finally Master Test Director. In 2015, they joined Denton Vacuum as a Service Manager, where they managed the field service personnel responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair. Luca also oversaw scheduling and training of field service representatives, and handled service contracts and directed support services.

Luca Dudley has an extensive educational background. In 1984, they graduated from Aviano American High School with a H.S. Diploma. From 1996-1998, they attended the Community College of the Air Force and earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Avionics Maintenance Technology/Technician. From 1997-2002, they attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Professional Aeronautics. From 2004-2009, they attended the University of Oklahoma and earned a Master's degree in Human Relations. From 2008-2010, they attended the Community College of the Air Force and earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. From 2011-2015, they attended Defense Acquisition University and earned a Certified Acquisition Professional in Test and Evaluation. In 2012, they attended Rutgers Business School and did not receive a degree. In 2019, they enrolled in DeVry University and is currently pursuing an Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology.

Luca Dudley also has several certifications. In 2011, they obtained a Professional Manager certification from the Community College of the Air Force. In 2012, they obtained a KC-135 Block 45 Level I Flight Line Maintenance certification from Rockwell Collins and an Aircraft Electronics Technician certification from the National Center for Aerospace & Transportation Technologies. In 2014, they obtained a Test & Evaluation Certified Acquisition Professional certification from the Defense Acquisition University.
