Jacob Kroes is a seasoned professional in the field of strategy and sustainability, currently serving as the Manager Strategy & Sustainability at Denkavit since July 2021. Jacob has held various roles including Area Manager for LATAM and Program Lead for CSR, as well as Area Manager for China a.i. and Sales Manager. Prior to Denkavit, Jacob spent over 13 years at FrieslandCampina Ingredients in multiple capacities, such as Sales Manager, Procurement Manager for WAMCO Nigeria, and Senior Category Buyer. Earlier experience includes a role in project optimization logistics at Vion and conducting a feasibility study for new markets at De Hoop Mengvoeders BV. Jacob earned an MSc in Agricultural Business and Logistics from Wageningen University & Research, where studies were completed between 2002 and 2008.
