Gagan Wadhwa is an experienced hospitality professional with a robust background in restaurant management. Currently serving as General Manager at Dencan Restaurants Inc. since July 2020, Gagan has progressed through various roles such as Assistant General Manager and Restaurant Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Food and Beverage Supervisor at Ivey Spencer Leadership Center and roles as a server at the same institution. Gagan commenced a career in hospitality at Radisson Blu as a trainee, completing an extensive internship covering food and beverage service, housekeeping, front office, and kitchen operations. Gagan holds a Post Graduate degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Fanshawe College and a Bachelor in Hospitality Studies, specializing in Hotel Management, from Apeejay Institute of Hospitality.
