Thomas Holland is an experienced engineering and project manager specializing in data pipeline development and software project management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and Technical Project Manager at Demonware since December 2019, Thomas has strong expertise in customer engagement, requirements gathering, and product roadmap maintenance. Previous roles include Project Manager at PNI Digital Media Ltd, where Thomas managed software development teams and standardized processes, and Systems Specialist at CTC, responsible for technology project management. Thomas has a comprehensive background in various management and technical roles at CI&T from 2007 to 2016, successfully delivering projects for Johnson & Johnson and earning recognition for continuous improvement practices. Thomas holds an MBA in IT Project Management from IBTA and a degree in Computer Engineering from Pontif¨ªcia Universidade Cat¨®lica de Campinas.
