Oleg Kesso is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience leading organizations in the investment management sector. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Trasteroom since March 2022 and as a Mentor at Demium since March 2021, Oleg has a proven track record of strategic leadership. Previous roles include Deputy CEO, Member of the Board, and CSO at Alfa Capital from December 2010 to August 2019, where Oleg was instrumental in establishing the firm as a market leader. As Head of Business Strategy for Alfa Asset Management (Europe) S.A. from September 2016 to July 2019, Oleg successfully built the company's European operations from the ground up. Earlier experience includes Senior VP and Head of Client Advisory at M2M private bank and Head of Business Development at Sberbank CIB, where Oleg developed a robust sales network for financial products across Russia. Oleg holds master's degrees in Economics from Nizhniy Novgorod State Technical University and Applied Mathematics from State University of Nizhni Novgorod.
