Camila Biral works in the areas of Civil Litigation and Arbitration, specialized in Intellectual Property, Life Science, Biotechnology and International Trade, as well as coordinates Demarest’s French Desk. Graduated in Law by the University of São Paulo (USP), Camila Biral obtained a master’s degree in International Trade Law and International Arbitration by the Université Panthéon-Sorbonne (Paris 1) and a master’s degree in International Law by the University of São Paulo (USP). She is also a PhD by USP. She participated in the training program for young lawyers at the Brazilian Mission in Geneva with the World Trade Organization (OMC / WTO) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (OMPI/WIPO). She has worked as a lawyer in the European Economic Law and International Arbitration sector at the French office Gide Loyrette (partner Lex Mundi) in Paris and has participated in the process of reviewing and translating the Mediation Rules of the CCI Arbitration Chamber – Paris.
