Prithiviraj Ponnambalam has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Prithiviraj started their career as a Site Civil Engineer at Civitech Engineering Pvt Ltd in October 2017, where they were responsible for managing daily employees, estimating materials, and monitoring site works. In November 2018, they joined Media V Pty Ltd as an Advertisement Specialist, where they worked until February 2020. At Media V Pty Ltd, Prithiviraj specialized in creating and managing advertisements. Prithiviraj then transitioned to Coles Group in September 2018, where they held various roles. Prithiviraj started as an Online Team Member and was responsible for processing customer online orders, coordinating with team members, and ensuring food and health safety procedures. In August 2020, they became a Customer Service Agent at Coles Group, actively communicating and coordinating with customers and addressing their queries. Prithiviraj was highly commended for their flexibility and resilience. Most recently, Prithiviraj joined Delta Group Pty Ltd in September 2021 as a Graduate Project Engineer.

Prithiviraj Ponnambalam completed their Master of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from RMIT University, starting in 2018 and finishing in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Anna University, studying from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their academic qualifications, Prithiviraj has obtained several certifications and memberships. In August 2021, they received the Credentialed Community Language Test (Tamil) from NAATI and became a Graduate Member of Engineers Australia. Prithiviraj also obtained a Certificate IV in Business from Navitas in December 2021. Prithiviraj acquired a White Card from WorkSafe Victoria in May 2021 and earned a Professional Engineer - Civil Engineer (233211) qualification from Engineers Australia in December 2020. Furthermore, they obtained a Full Driver Licence from VicRoads in August 2019.
