Francis Tacuyan is a mechanical engineer with a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University-Sacramento, attained in June 2023. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Webcor since May 2023, Francis previously contributed as a Charger Locomotive Project Management Intern at Siemens from December 2022 to May 2023, supporting various locomotive projects and fostering collaboration between engineering, quality, and customer interfaces. Earlier experience includes an internship at Webcor, where Francis assisted with a significant mixed-use project in San Francisco, and a mechanical engineering/estimating internship at Air Systems Service & Construction, where responsibilities included project estimating and design team collaboration. Francis served as a Diesel Mechanic in the US Army from February 2014 to February 2020.
