Matheus Guerra is a skilled recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various sectors in Latin America and the Caribbean. Currently serving as Lead Recruiter for North America and LatAm & the Caribbean at Delivery Associates since August 2022, Matheus previously held the role of Talent Research Analyst for Senior Experienced Hires at McKinsey & Company, where responsibilities included the search and evaluation of passive candidates throughout the region. Matheus also contributed to executive search efforts at Egon Zehnder. Earlier experiences include legal internships at the Attorney General Office of the Universidade de São Paulo and the Departamento de Estradas de Rodagem do Estado de São Paulo. Matheus holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the Universidade de São Paulo.
