Aldren Tablate has extensive experience in customer care and technical support, currently serving as the Customer Care and Tier 1 Technical Support Lead at Thycotic since June 2018, where previous roles included Client Support and Case Management Specialist. Prior to Thycotic, Aldren worked at Intelenet Global Services as a Process Trainer from January 2016 to June 2018, and held the position of Flight Dispatcher at Airswift in 2015. Early career experience includes working as a Flight Logistics Specialist at Cebu Pacific Air from March 2011 to December 2014. Aldren Tablate holds a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (2006-2010) and completed a course in Basic Flight Operations at Sapphire International Aviation Academy in 2016.
