Matt Golding has a diverse work experience, starting in 2001 when they founded Rubber Republic and served as the Creative Director. In the same year, they also founded RUBBERDUCTIONS LTD and took on the role of Director. In 2004, they became the Owner and Creative Director of Team Rubber. Throughout their career, they have held various leadership positions, including being the Co-Founder of Delib in 2001. In 2020, they founded The Cultural Content Lab and in 2021, they became the Director of Content at SARSEN. Matt'smost recent role is as the Co-Founder of Warming Up Comedy, which they started in 2023.

Matt Golding completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Bristol from 1997 to 2001. During the same period, they also pursued a Master of Arts in Film & TV production at the same institution.
