Nate Hess has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Nate is currently working as a Solutions Manager at Delegate since September 2021, where they help small companies optimize their Salesforce platforms. In this role, they conduct weekly sprint meetings, manages projects, designs and implements solutions for clients.

Prior to that, Nate was the Owner & Founder of Truvail Solutions LLC since June 2020. In this role, they were responsible for the overall operations and management of the company.

Nate also worked as a Salesforce Consultant and Salesforce Implementation Specialist at Fast Slow Motion from October 2020 to September 2021. In these roles, Nate provided consulting services and implemented Salesforce solutions for clients.

From June 2019 to May 2020, Nate worked as a Salesforce Administrator at Foundant Technologies. Nate led the transition from Salesforce Classic UI to Lightning, resulting in a 20% increase in productivity. Nate also created automation processes and API solutions, saving over 24 hours per month in labor. Additionally, they initiated cross-departmental collaboration on change management teams.

Before that, Nate worked as a Sales Specialist at Foundant Technologies from November 2017 to August 2019. In this role, they worked closely with prospects to find the best grants management software solution. Nate conducted one-on-one demonstrations, managed data migrations, handled day-to-day tasks, managed renewal sales, reported on clients/prospects feature requests, worked with accounting to improve the sales process, and trained new employees.

Nate also has experience working as a Client Support at Foundant Technologies from March 2017 to November 2017, and as a Strategic Growth Analyst (Student) at Float from January 2019 to April 2019. Nate has also worked briefly as a Legislative Aide at Montana Legislature in April 2015.

Nate Hess earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Montana State University-Bozeman. Nate attended the university from 2015 to 2020. In addition, Nate holds several certifications from Salesforce. Nate obtained the Salesforce Certified Data Architect certification in August 2022, the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification in October 2021, the Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certification in July 2021, and the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification in August 2019.
