Tom Charpentier, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and business services across various industries. Currently serving as Continuous Improvement Leader and Senior Director of Professional Services at MatrixCare since June 2015, Tom previously held the position of Business Solutions Director at Regis Corporation from January 2013 to February 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing Human Resources and Finance initiatives and managing complex IT projects. With a strong background in implementation and program management at Ceridian and ADP, Tom has demonstrated expertise in driving incremental business growth and managing large teams. Tom began their career at Eastman Kodak as a Customer Operations Center Supervisor, managing significant bookings and installations. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the College of Saint Scholastica.
