Chris Tokpah serves as the Associate Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness at Delaware County Community College since January 2011 and has been an independent consultant since May 2008, specializing in needs assessment, surveys, program evaluation, research, and statistics. Previously, Chris held the position of Director of Assessment at Indiana University Purdue University Fort Wayne from September 2008 to December 2010. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Program Evaluation and Measurement and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Information Systems from Kent State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics from the University of Liberia.
