Matthew Cross is an experienced Applications Engineer at Dekker Vacuum Technologies since September 2019, where responsibilities include conducting technical analysis, developing custom system quotes, and interfacing with customers and manufacturing to address changing requirements. Prior to this position, Matthew held roles as a Corporate Project Engineer at USG, managing R&D projects within a $50 million initiative, and as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Weil-McLain, focusing on HVAC Boiler designs. Additional experience includes design engineering for automotive vacuum systems at Nyloncraft and hardware integration engineering for the Department of Defense. Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University Northwest, acquired in 2016.
