Elizma Steyn has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Elizma is currently the Head of Operations at Deimos since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Head of Professional Services at Deimos from August 2021 to September 2022. Additionally, they served as a Senior Project Manager at Deimos from April 2020 to August 2021.

Before joining Deimos, Elizma worked at VMLY&R South Africa, where they held the position of Senior Account/Project Lead from April 2018 to April 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager from August 2016 to March 2018.

Earlier in their career, Elizma worked at Shapeshift as a Project Manager/Digital Strategist from January 2013 to June 2016. Prior to this role, they served as a Financial/Office Manager at Shapeshift from April 2008 to December 2012.

Elizma Steyn's education history includes a range of certificates and a diploma in various fields. In 2014, they attended the Red & Yellow Creative School of Business, where they obtained certificates in Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Advanced Social Media Marketing. During the same year, they also obtained a certificate in Project Management from the Stellenbosch Business School. In 2002, Elizma attended the IHT Hotel School and successfully completed a diploma in Hospitality Operations Management.

Furthermore, Elizma obtained additional certification as a Certified NLP Practitioner & Life Coach from Action Factory Global in April 2023.
