Ricardo Baeta currently serves as a Técnico de recursos humanos at ACIN, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ricardo gained experience as an Estagiário at Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal from September 2020 to July 2023, while simultaneously studying for a Licenciatura in Gestão de Recursos Humanos at the same institution, which was completed in June 2023. Additionally, Ricardo pursued studies in the Profissional de Artes do Espetáculo with a focus on Artes Cênicas - Interpretação at Conservatório Escola Profissional de Artes - Eng° Luiz Peter Clode from 2017 to 2019.
