Tushar Pahwa is an experienced professional currently serving as Deputy Manager at Defsys Solutions Pvt. Ltd. since August 2017, specializing in production, project management, and operations related to Automated Test Equipment, consoles, drone jamming systems, and cable manufacturing for aerospace and defense, with notable clients including ISRO, DRDO, and international customers such as RAFAEL and DASSAULT AVIATION. Prior to this role, Tushar worked as a Production Engineer at HUBER+SUHNER from January 2016 to July 2017, focusing on optical fiber cable production, and as a Quality Control Engineer at Minda Furukawa Electric from July 2014 to December 2015. Tushar began the career as a Graduate Trainee at Mahindra & Mahindra between August 2012 and August 2013. Tushar holds a B.Tech (Honors) in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering Roorkee, completed in 2012, and attended Delhi Public School Haridwar for earlier education.
