Ruaan van der Spuy is currently an Engineering Lead at Defijn, with previous experience as a Senior Frontend Engineer at SPAN Digital Innovation. Prior to that, Ruaan worked as a Frontend Engineer at OpenDNA and as a COO at i3 Software. Ruaan also has experience as a Researcher/Writer at Cape IT Initiative and as a Freelance Writer at Swartlander and Paarl Post. Ruaan holds a BA in Psychology, Philosophy, and English, as well as an Honours degree in Philosophy from Stellenbosch University.
