C.J. Pagtakhan has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. C.J. is currently working at ImageX as a Digital Experience Solutions Architect. Prior to that, they worked at Think 10 Consulting Inc. for over 15 years, where they served as a Consultant and Project Manager for various projects, including regulatory mutual fund reporting and the implementation of a crowd-sourcing web platform. C.J. also worked at the University of Manitoba as a Digital Product Owner and Business Analyst. Additionally, C.J. Pagtakhan worked at Holland+Grant Consulting Group Inc. as a Principal & Consultant for user experience and information architecture, and at Webexposia Inc. as a Consultant in business analysis and project management. C.J. started their career at Investors Group Inc. as a Business Analyst, Production Support Analyst, Project Control Analyst, and Web Specialist. Lastly, they had a Sales Internship at Microsoft.

C.J. Pagtakhan attended the University of Manitoba from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree. Their studies were focused on Marketing and Management Information Systems.
