James Parham, MBA, serves as a Senior Electrical Engineer at the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board since December 2016, providing independent analysis and recommendations to enhance public safety at defense nuclear facilities. Prior to this role, James held various positions at GE Power & Water, including Plant Electrical Systems Engineer and Startup Test Director, where James focused on technical consultation, project direction, and compliance with regulatory guidelines. Earlier experience includes serving as an Electrical Design Engineer and Control Room Operator at Entergy, and as a Reactor Operator and Supervisor in the US Navy, where James developed expertise in nuclear operations and maintenance. Academic qualifications include an Executive MBA from Howard University, a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, and an Associate of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Arkansas Tech University.
