VP, Growth Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven VP, Growth Marketing to lead the development and execution of our growth marketing strategies. In this critical role, you will own the demand generation engine, digital marketing tactics, account-based marketing (ABM), and data-driven decision-making to fuel the pipeline growth and revenue expansion. As the growth marketing team leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving measurable outcomes and ensuring alignment with sales, product, and corporate objectives to support our aggressive growth goals.Ìý

The ideal candidate for this role is a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with a proven ability to drive measurable growth through innovative marketing programs. They excel at designing and executing demand generation and ABM strategies, blending creativity with a data-driven approach to develop impactful campaigns that resonate with target buyers. This individual balances imaginative campaign creation with a deep understanding of the martech stack and systems, ensuring that marketing campaigns, processes, and workflows are seamlessly integrated to support accurate reporting and efficiency. They possess deep expertise in leveraging the martech stack and analytics to measure performance, refine strategies, and deliver results. Thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, they bring a collaborative mindset to cross-functional partnerships and are passionate about aligning marketing efforts with business objectives. Above all, they have a can-do attitude and are excited to scale marketing efforts to support the company’s ambitious growth goals.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Lead the B2B demand center that drives growth for Deepwatch
  • Build and execute comprehensive demand-generation strategies across digital channels, email, events, and other initiatives
  • Design and manage targeted ABM campaigns to engage and convert high-value accounts
  • Oversee paid media, SEO/SEM, content syndication, email and nurture campaigns, webinars, and website optimization efforts to maximize engagement and conversions
  • Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and effectiveness across all channels
  • Develop and track KPIs to measure campaign performance and ROI, using insights to refine strategies and achieve better results
  • Partner closely with sales and channel teams on campaigns to ensure alignment on lead quality and follow-up strategiesÌý
  • Integrate marketing across all channels to drive lead generation and sales opportunity conversion
  • Manage the end-to-end lead management process in conjunction with marketing operations and sales operations, collaborating with our sales team to support a complete lead-to-deal process
  • Define and meet revenue targets, forecasts, KPIs, and work collaboratively with marketing operations to define and measure reportingÌý
  • Work with product marketing to execute against established campaign frameworksÌý
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing growth marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and accountability
  • Other duties as assigned

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Have 10+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position
  • Proven track record of designing and executing high-impact marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and revenue
  • Expertise in ABM, paid media, SEO/SEM, and other digital marketing strategies
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo, Hubspot), CRM Systems (e.g. Salesforce), and analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau)
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across teams and influence stakeholders
  • A can-do mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Experience in CybersecurityÌý
  • Demonstrate strong listening, information gathering, and empathy skills for uncovering and defining deliverables, needs, and outcomes
  • Demonstrate skills in positioning and differentiating technical products and services
  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environmentÌý

The anticipated salary range for this role is $270,000 to $335,000 OTE + stock options + benefits. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
