Robert Waldner has a diverse work history, starting as a Musician on NBC's "The Sing-Off" in 2010. Robert transitioned into journalism as a Freelance Journalist for The Times of Trenton before becoming an Assistant Editor at Frequent Business Traveler Magazine. Waldner then moved into sales and marketing at Smart Circle International before entering the recruiting industry. Robert'sroles at Talent Group included Technical Recruiter, Recruiting Manager, and Director of Recruiting. Waldner also worked at Proclinical Staffing, Hygge Talent Solutions, Deegit Global Talent Leaders, and GAC Solutions as a Senior Director, Principal Consultant & Advisor, Vice President of Customer Success, respectively. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated success in various fields, showcasing a wide range of skills and expertise.

Robert Waldner completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Journalism, and Professional Writing from The College of New Jersey in 2014. Robert later pursued a PHR Certification Course in Human Resources Development at Cornell University from 2020 to 2021.
