Santa Kirsbauma is an experienced professional in product development and financial services, currently serving as a Board Member and Vice-President of Product Development at DECTA since April 2018. Prior to this role, Santa held positions including Head of Payment Cards Acquiring Division at Rietumu Banka and Project Manager in the Payment Card Department from December 2011 to April 2018, as well as Head of Risk Management and Acquiring Division at Latvijas Krājbanka. Santa Kirsbauma holds a Master's Degree in Innovative Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the BA School of Business and Finance.
