Charles Bullough is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product management and client services. Currently serving as Product Manager and Client Services Team Lead at Firmex since May 2013, Charles has honed skills in managing products and leading client-focused teams. Prior to this role, Charles worked as a Customer Support Representative at Virgin Mobile Canada for a brief period in 2012. Charles also has an extensive performing background as the lead drummer for Barrage from January 1999 to May 2012, traveling to 24 countries with an eclectic violin show. Educationally, Charles studied Fine Arts with a focus on Music Performance at MacEwan University from 1997 to 1999.
