Gary Fiddes is an experienced commercial manager with a robust background in contract management within the construction and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as the Commercial Manager at DECMIL since November 2022, Gary previously worked as Contracts Manager at CPB Contractors from August 2016 to October 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing contracts for significant projects such as the Spark Consortium North East Link and the Metro Tunnel Project. Prior experience includes roles at WorleyParsons and Wood Group PSN, where Gary held the position of Contracts Manager and Contracts Lead, respectively. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Economics & Quantity Surveying from Heriot-Watt University.
