Britt Lintner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and philanthropy. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Ensor Partners since April 2024, Britt also holds the position of Chairman at Debate Mate, an international educational charity enhancing social mobility through peer-to-peer debate mentoring. In addition, Britt is a member of the Advisory Committee at Synchronicity Earth, focusing on environmental philanthropy. Prior roles include Managing Director at EnTrust Global, Deutsche Bank, and Man Group, along with foundational experience at Lehman Brothers and Mitsubishi Trust & Banking Corporation. With a BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master’s in Fine and Decorative Art from Sotheby's Institute, Britt combines expertise in finance with a commitment to social impact.
