Ben Morris has had a varied and extensive career. In 2021, they joined Deazy as Head of People & Culture and Account Manager. In 2020, they became Co-Founder of Torch Legal and Chief Solvr at Solvr. Ben's work at Solvr was focused on www.solvr.uk. From 2017 to 2021, they were Chief Operating Officer and Product Owner/Sales and Operations Manager at Ogun. Prior to that, they were UK Innovation Manager/Product Owner, Business Development and Marketing Manager - UK, and Business Development and Marketing Executive at CELSA GROUP from 2013 to 2017.

Ben Morris has an educational history that includes a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from Loughborough University, which they obtained between 2010 and 2013. Ben also attended Leicester Grammar from 2003 to 2010. Additionally, Ben has obtained three certifications: a Certified Provider from Databox in 2020, Innovation For Practitioners - Certificate of Professionalism in Innovation (CoPI) from NEF: The Innovation Institute in 2016, and ILM Level 2 - Team Leader from the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) in 2015.
