Anita Hersbach has extensive experience in the insurance sector, currently serving as an operational researcher at de Vereende since February 2018. Prior to this role, Anita worked at Nationale-Nederlanden from November 1988 to October 2016 as a fraud investigator, focusing on analyzing and managing fraud cases related to disability claims, and as a reintegration treatment specialist, handling claims and correspondence with various stakeholders. Anita holds a degree in fraud coordination from NIBE-SVV Opleidingen, as well as a bachelor's degree in elderly care work from St. Janscollege Den Haag. Additional qualifications include certifications in WFT basic advising from NIBE-SVV Opleidingen, completed in 2017.
