Nirali Soni has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in clinical services and pharmacy management. Nirali'smost recent role was as the Director of Clinical Services at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona. Prior to that, they worked as the Pharmacy Director at Care1st Health Plan Arizona for nine years. Nirali also has experience as a Clinical Pharmacist at CIGNA Healthcare and as the Director of Clinical Programs for Arizona at Albertsons/Osco Drug. Nirali started their career as a Pharmacy Manager at Osco Drug and has a total of over 20 years of experience in the field.

Nirali Soni attended the University of Illinois at Chicago from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree in the field of Pharmacy.
