Diana van Wijk-Kooij currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at both De Haan Minerale Oliën B.V. and STANDIC since October 2023. Previously, Diana held the position of Human Resources Director at Visma | YouServe from June 2022 to October 2023, where responsibilities included leading the HR team, supporting employee relations, developing business strategies, and enhancing organizational culture through initiatives such as the Visma YouServe Academy. Diana holds an HBO degree from PONT (1990-1994) and has furthered education at Nyenrode Business University.
