Jamey Booze has a diverse background in human resources and benefits administration. They started their career at Blain Supply as a Benefits Assistant, where they were responsible for various administrative tasks and projects. They then moved on to Benefit Cosmetics as a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator, where they managed payroll for a large number of employees, handled benefit administration, and provided customer service. After that, they worked at Optimal Benefits as a Client Advocate/Benefit Administrator/Leave of Absence Specialist. Currently, Jamey is serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Boot Barn, after having held positions as the Director of Human Resources and Manager of Total Rewards.
Jamey Booze has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Additionally, Jamey has obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in July 2020.
