Syed Sohel has extensive experience in IT roles. Syed started as an IT Manager at de Gournay in 2006 and was responsible for day-to-day IT requirements, user management, troubleshooting, and system maintenance. Syed also developed and maintained bespoke systems and websites. Syed'sdegree emphasized Accounting and Finance.

From 2008 to 2018, Sohel enrolled at London Metropolitan University (North Campus) to pursue a CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) degree, specializing in networking. Alongside their formal education, they also studied ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), although the specific dates are not provided.
