Hendrik Albrecht has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Hendrik is currently the Managing Partner at Scale, a company that aims to foster collaboration and alignment between Cronos Group and Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, they are responsible for launching new business initiatives, scaling existing businesses, and connecting with AWS for commercial and knowledge management purposes.

Prior to their current position, Hendrik worked as a Business Development Manager - AWS SPOC at De Cronos Groep in 2020. Before that, they owned their own consulting company called HAL IT & Sales Consulting from 2009 onwards.

Hendrik has held various leadership roles in the technology and consulting industry. Hendrik was the Director of Cloud Solutions at Tobania from 2019 to 2020 and served as the Division Manager of "The Connected Company & Innovation" at Realdolmen from 2018 to 2019. Hendrik also worked as the Head of Technology Transformation in the BTN Region at Atos in 2018.

Earlier in their career, Hendrik was the Division Manager of "The Connected Company & Technology Innovation" at RealDolmen from 2013 to 2018. Hendrik was an IT Consultant at LoQutus from 2009 to 2013 and an Account Manager in the Public Sector at Capgemini Belgium from 2007 to 2009. Hendrik also gained experience in sales and marketing as a part of Dolmen/JCS Int. from 2006 to 2007.

Hendrik Albrecht completed their education from 1994 to 1997 at Erasmushogeschool Brussel, where they earned an A1 degree in Communicatiebeheer.
