Parvathi Ramkumar is an accomplished author and freelance contributor with a strong focus on children's literature and translations. While serving as an author at Hachette Book Publishing India Pvt Ltd since 2017, notable works include the English translation of "Circus!" based on a novel by grandfather V. Madhavan Nair Mali, as well as contributions to a boxed set featuring esteemed authors like Rabindranath Tagore. In addition, Parvathi's translation of "Ayyappa Charitam" was published by Garuda Prakashan in 2022, and the original collection of fantasy short stories for children, "Ambu's Wish," has been released by DC BOOKS. Parvathi has also engaged in freelance writing for various esteemed publications, including The Hindu and Deccan Herald, and holds a Master of Arts in English Literature from Annamalai University and a Bachelor of Arts from Bangalore University.
