Siddhartha Pal is a seasoned recruiter with a specialization in engineering talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at DBSI Services since January 2022. Prior to this role, Siddhartha was a Technical Recruiter at HI-Q Design & Detailing from January 2018 to November 2021, and also contributed as a Steel Structure Designer, gaining valuable experience in structural design. Educationally, Siddhartha holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from the Regent Education and Research Foundation Group of Institutions, completed in 2018.
