Rauf Musabayli is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades in various HR roles across diverse industries. Currently serving as the Head of HR Projects Coordination at STP Group of Companies since September 2024, Rauf previously held the position of Director of HR and Administration at PASHA Development LLC from October 2022 to August 2024. Additional experience includes HR Manager roles at Portonovi and SAFFRON Restaurant Group, as well as consultancy work as a Freelance HR Advisor. Rauf's HR career began at Consolidated Contractors International Company as an HR Assistant in 2003, leading to progressive positions including HR Specialist at "AzerGold"​ CJSC and HR Manager at McDermott Caspian Contractors Inc. Rauf holds a B.A. in International Relations from Baku State University.
