Holly Sterrett is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in commercial litigation. Currently serving as the Head of Commercial Litigation and Senior Director, Associate General Counsel at DaVita Kidney Care since August 2017, Holly has held various roles within the organization, demonstrating a strong trajectory in legal leadership. Prior to this, Holly gained valuable experience at Arnold & Porter as a Senior Attorney and also served as an Assistant Attorney General in the General Tax & Enforcement Unit for the Colorado Attorney General's Office. Holly's legal career began as an Associate at Arnold & Porter, following clerkships at the Colorado Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Holly earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rice University.
