Kristin Upton currently serves as Deputy General Counsel for Bon Secours Mercy Health since October 2018 and has been Senior Counsel for Bon Secours Health System since July 2006. Upton has also contributed as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in late 2013. Prior experience includes a role as an Associate at Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. from September 2001 to June 2006 and as a Legislative Associate at The Sheridan Group from June 1991 to August 1998. Upton holds a Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law, completed in 2001, and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish from the University of Maryland, awarded in 1993.
