Hollis Lipscomb has extensive experience in regulatory compliance and emergency preparedness within the healthcare sector. Since May 2003, Hollis has been with Davis Health System, holding positions as Charge Nurse in the Emergency Department and later advancing to the role of Manager. In addition to this, Hollis serves as the Region 6/7 HCC Coordinator and WV North Coalition Lead for Healthcare Emergency Preparedness at the West Virginia Hospital Association since December 2017. Hollis has also been involved with Canaan Valley Volunteer Fire Department as a Paramedic/Firefighter since 1984, having retired as a Paramedic. Prior experience includes serving as Health and Safety Manager in the industry and construction sector from 1987 to 2001. Hollis holds educational credentials from Davis and Elkins College, FEMA, and Fairmont State University.
