Jennifer M. Kirschler oversees Corporate Compliance and Risk Management and provides general legal counseling to the hospital. Ms. Kirschler received her BA degree from the University of Dayton and obtained her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Prior to her current role, Ms. Kirschler was in private practice for 28 years wherein she had extensive experience representing physicians, hospitals, and physician practice groups in all aspects of litigation. Also, as part of her private practice, she advised and counseled hospitals on various regulatory and legal issues. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and the District of Columbia and is a member of various organizations including the American Health Law Association, a member of the Health Care Compliance Association and is Certified in HealthCare Compliance.
