Laura Irvine is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory and criminal law. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Head of Regulatory Law at Davidson Chalmers Stewart LLP since November 2018, Laura leads a team that assists clients navigating the criminal justice system, with a focus on health and safety, environmental crimes, and white collar crime. Previously, Laura held various roles including Partner at BTO Solicitors LLP, where expertise in data protection and privacy law was developed, and Associate at DLA Piper, specializing in corporate crime. Education credentials include an LLB (Hons) from The University of Edinburgh, an MA in Criminology from Keele University, and an LLM in Human Rights from the University of Strathclyde, among others. Laura also contributed as a Board member for the Scottish Business Resilience Centre from 2016 to 2022.
