Traci Lutz began their work experience in 1999 as the Vice President at Edgewood Management Corporation. Traci held this role until November 2022. In 2023, they joined Humphrey Management as the Director of Compliance, and their tenure with the company is ongoing.

Traci Lutz attended Anne Arundel Community College from 1992 to 1994, where they studied art and graphic design. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in graphic design at Towson University, completing their studies from 1994 to 1997. Traci Lutz also holds various certifications in the field of housing management, including BOS- Blended Occupancy Specialist from the National Center for Housing Management, CPO- Certified Professional of Occupancy from NAHMA - The National Affordable Housing Management Association, HCCP- Housing Credit Certified Professional from the National Association of Home Builders, MORS- Management Occupancy Review Specialist from the National Center for Housing Management, and SHCM- Specialist in Housing Credit Management from NAHMA - The National Affordable Housing Management Association.
