Racquel Codling, MA, CMP, CEM, currently serves as the Senior Director of Meetings & Events at the National Health Council, overseeing the planning and implementation of major events and managing meeting spaces for stakeholders. In addition, Racquel works as a Seasonal Events Coordinator for the Daughters of the American Revolution. Previous experience includes serving as Director at the Business Group on Health, where strategic planning and execution of events were managed, and Director roles at the American Moving & Storage Association, the Institute for Patient- and Family-Centered Care, and the National Cooperative Business Association, where comprehensive event management and educational programming were key responsibilities. Racquel's career began at the Equipment Leasing & Finance Association, where roles included progressive responsibilities in business development and meetings. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from Howard University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from the University of Tampa.
