Shane Brooks is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and community engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for Disability Employment Services at Ability Options since May 2021, Shane has developed skills in stakeholder management, communication, and project organization. Prior to this role, Shane held various positions at Ostara Australia, including NSW DES Manager and NSW ESA Manager from July 2018 to May 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager and Program Coordinator at Sydney Counselling Centre from December 2013 to July 2018, and as a Senior Consultant at APM from March 2009 to December 2013.
