Ximena Cea is currently the Country Manager of Mexico for Datawifi - Líder en Analítica wifi y First Party Data since 2021. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Naranya since 2004, including COO, Managing Director NPay, Carrier Service Director, Manager Carrier Services and Integrations, Manager Operation and Integrations, Product Manager Billing and Operations, Product Manager SMS, Innovation Product Manager, and Copy Writer. In their roles, they were responsible for operations, technology, and marketing, supervision, generation of processes, coordination of products and services, integrations, implementations, operations, billing, curation of content, and authorization of advertising. Ximena also led integrations with 33 phone operators in 17 countries, as well as oversaw the development, exploitation, and management of databases. Additionally, they developed digital products based on SMS messaging, defined and developed digital products, and created concepts and products for web-based sites and products.

Ximena Cea obtained a Diplomado Alta Dirección en Tecnologías de la Información from Universidad de Monterrey in 2015. Ximena also earned a Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Comunicación from Facultad de Ciencias Políticas y Sociales, UNAM between 1998 and 2002, with a focus in Publicidad.
