Suzanne Gerber has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Suzanne currently works at DataStax as a Recruiting Operations Programs Lead, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at DataStax as a Senior Recruiting Coordinator starting in May 2020.

Before joining DataStax, Suzanne worked at Oracle for several years. Their roles at Oracle included Manager, Recruiting Operations from June 2014 to April 2020, where they managed a team of 20+ recruiting coordinators responsible for various campus recruiting activities. Suzanne also served as a College Recruiting Admin from October 2013 to June 2014, managing the offer process for Oracle's Class Of Program.

In addition to their corporate experience, Suzanne also contributed their skills and time as a volunteer for Libertyville Junior Woman's Club. Suzanne held the position of President from 2013 to 2015, where they oversaw meetings and made decisions on behalf of the club. During their tenure, the club raised funds exceeding $20,000 for local non-profit organizations benefiting women and children. Prior to this, they served as the Secretary from 2010 to 2012 and the 1st Vice President/Membership Chairperson from 2008 to 2010, where they recruited and maintained club members and performed the duties of the president when needed.

Earlier in their career, Suzanne worked at Caremark as a Manager, Account Management from 1999 to 2004, and at CVS Specialty in roles such as Reimbursement Manager from 1995 to 1999 and Cash Application Specialist from 1993 to 1995.

Suzanne Gerber obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication from Valparaiso University, where they studied from 1989 to 1993.
