EglÄ— LisauskaitÄ— has been in the workforce since 2014. EglÄ— started their career as a Junior Trademark Consultant and Patent Attorney Assistant at METIDA Law Firm Zaboliene and Partners: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Belarus. In 2016, they moved to UAB Urbandogas as an Office Administrator. The following year, they joined Western Union in the same role. Since 2019, EglÄ— has been working at Trafi as a Senior Office Administrator and Office Administrator.

EglÄ— LisauskaitÄ— obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Mykolas Romeris University between 2010 and 2014.
