Jennifer Waite is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service management and marketing coordination. Currently serving as the Service Desk Manager at Datalyst, LLC since February 2011, Jennifer has developed strong skills in IT service delivery. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked at Campanelli Companies from February 2004 to February 2011 as both a Marketing Coordinator and IT Coordinator. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, completed in 2003.
